Anyone know how to advocate for a RAN charger site in a location?

Anyone know if Rivian has the same process as Tesla where you can apply to host a Supercharger station? Tesla has a whole website and application process to bring these in, but I haven't seen the same for Rivian. I'd like to get on the list to have a RAN station built in the Donnelly/McCall area of Idaho, whick presently has nothing. I think it would be a good draw for these resort communities which are presently a bit difficult to get into/out-of with an EV.

With the Tesla adapter coming next year, I wouldn't be surprised if Rivian cuts back on their initial charging goals. They are already super behind what they proposed a few years ago.

They've said the don't plan to. Realistically the SC network won't be the only network around, and Rivian sees a profit path with RAN.

I haven't, but only because I can't seem to get anyone to respond on their chat network or by phone. I have.a demo drive scheduled at the end of this week, so i guess I can wait until then to ask. Thanks all.

I wrote a note to my advisor and told her I had a location that was open to chargers being installed. She said she would forward it to them. I also wrote to Rivian and got a reply that they would also give it to the appropriate people. A chance, but not too optimistic of anything happening.

I have emailed and chatted with customer service previously regarding proposed sites.

2 years ago I emailed customer service about getting a RAN in Truckee. They said they would pass along the information. low and behold, they installed one of the first RAN there, though I am certain that it has nothing to do with my request.

But there is a DCFC charger currently being installed in McCall. PlugShare comments say the projected completion is December. You should check that out.
