Anyone having issues logging into Connect+ ?

Is anyone having issues connecting to Connect + ? Was connected via the trial period and then all of sudden unable to log in- even if I subscribe.

I’m referring to Connect+ subscription
There is nothing to 'log in' to... It's just your Rivian account. That's what we are confused about.

I had a free trial to connect + but for some reason I cant connect . Even though I have the free trial, I subscribed to the 1-year subscription and still am unable to access connect +

Open the Rivian Account on your phone. Find "Manage Your Account." Under "Profile" click on "Upgrades."

The Upgrades page will open showing that Connect+ Expires October 15, 2024. This means your free trial for Connect+, which you have been automatically signed up for, expires on October 15, 2004.

If you want to sign-up for Connect+ after the trial expires, simple toggle the button that says "Allow in-vehicle subscriptions" to confirm you purchase for Connect+ and choose $14.99 monthly or $149.99 to subscribe annually. Then you should be all set. Hope that helps.

Double check your privacy settings. Most features will be neutered if you don't agree to the proper settings.

That’s the issue. I’ll sign up and still unable to access any of the connect + apps

What do you mean by "connect + apps"? Connect+ is just an Internet access plan. There are apps that use the Internet(and therefore would not work without Connect+) but there is no connect + app.

What exactly is not working?

So maps, music, etc aren’t working? If that is correct try a soft reset. If still an issue try a hard reset.

What exactly do you mean by they are not working? You clicked which button and what did or didn't happen?

Does the car say it has signal? If you live in an area with poor AT&T cell signal then you would have to drive somewhere else to use it.

Have you logged in to whatever app you were hoping to use? Spotify won't work unless you enter your Spotify credentials.

Also, have you tried rebooting the car? The last few updates have been really crashy. I have to reboot almost daily to fix some random feature that died.
