So I received my '25 R1S at the end of December and everything seems to be working fine except the streaming / video section of the car. When I click it, I get a screen that says:
"Getting ready to stream... Your vehicle is getting the digital rights keys needed to play protected video content. Check back later. If it's still not working within 24 hours, contact Rivian Service at 1-888-RIVIAN1 for help."
It's been this way for the entire month that I've owned the car. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to get around it? I've tried both soft and hard resets, nada. I also called Rivian support and they didn't have any other suggestions except to try a restart and then booked me a mobile service appointment in April ?.
