You may have to get a visit. There was a campaign about some modules that could cause updates to be stuck

Yeah my guide said to call the service line. I just procrastinate, specially if it needs a phone call.

You could try opening a service request in the app. Worst that will happen is they close it and tell you to call

I just took delivery of my truck yesterday and it’s still a 2022.x software build. I figured they would have updated to the latest before taking delivery.

Finally got it in for service. The guy at the desk was like, It'll probably take 2 hours if you want to wait. An hour later, you were a little far behind on updates, it is going to take 6 more hours. Lol!

Is there not a way to force an OTA update? I got my R1T a week ago and its still on 10.2. I see there are now 2 versions out after that and it still says its up to date
