anyone do financing through scotiabank?

I financed a portion of my purchase through SB (rivian's financing) and the payments did not come out as I was told in May....When I reached out to my guide they said there is a delay in processing the paperwork....It has been over 7 weeks since we received our vehicle and wondering why such a long delay...anyone else going through this also?

I financed some through SB, I had no payment issues like that, that said, I was on biweekly payment schedule, and I guess based on the timing , the first payment didn’t come out for 3 weeks, but I knew the first date ahead of time, not sure if you should consider yourself lucky or not

Yeah - I'd be okay if there was some good for me in all of this - I called SB car loans and they had no info on me as a customer and no info on my purchase with Rivian....emailied my guide and his response was to wait since there is a delay in processing.....I will be 2 payments (monthly) behind next week if it doesnt come out on June 3rd....

That is annoying! I did my financing through Scotiabank back in March no issues. First payment right on time.
