Amber Foglight Mod Using Lamin-X Film

I got some amber film from Lamin-X and cut it to size and slapped it on.

I like how it matches the side markers and it's a little different than the yellow. I know that amber isn't the best foglight color, but, as someone who dropped a ton of money for yellow Diode Dynamic foglights for my Bronco and waited with bated breath for any sign of fog, I came to the realization that it just doesn't get that foggy that often where I am. So, I'm fine with the reduced performance. If we suddenly appear in Stephen King's "The Mist", I'll peel them off.

Also, ignore my stupid reflected face in the pictures.

Since you pointed out, I spent more time looking at your face than the lights .

I saw yellow on white truck and did not like it. Orange would be better(on a white R1). I find orange lights more cool now, since the white LED DRLs are overdone now.

The yellow works better in the dust too. Helpful when running dirt roads with others.

Just did this to my FG R1T, and they look good to me. Super easy to slice a strip out of the roll and squeegee it into position.
