What’s this mean?
Rivian software updates do not show up in the app until they are fully downloaded and prepared for installation.

They shiw up in the vehicle before that though.

I was flagged for the update last night, and like others reported, it was paused waiting for WiFi connectivity. Problem was, it would never connect. I had to two-button-reboot the infotainment system, after which it connected right away, downloaded, and performed the update.

Very odd behavior. At least it's done now.
Had the same issue. Did a soft reset, it reconnected to the WiFi, and the update immediately appeared!

Just got my notice
stability seem to be okay?
have a lot of driving this week and rather be safe than sorry and update next weekend

I have connect+ and still haven't received a notification (as of 10:45am MT, 3/17) - but I have the 12v battery warning and am awaiting my service appointment (Friday) to replace that, so I wonder if that's at play.

Could Rivian be preventing my update because they don't want my car to brick mid-software update ?

No pending appointments for me. I still have not received my update. Since connect+ started I’ve always been in the first 2-3 days

Still waiting, here. Every update, for the last year and half, has been received within a day or so. Now, I’m looking at a week and counting.

Check that your truck is on wifi... some have 'lost' wifi and won't download the update without a reset.

Just came to check on WiFi situation and I see that the update is here. Never noticed the notification for it. It’s possible someone in my family went in my vehicle for something and the notification went away before I saw it.

Could they? Yeah. Are they? Probably not as 97% of the fleet now has it.

I had to turn my home WiFi off and let the vehicle connect to have the update recognize/pushed. Gen 1 - R1S - 2023.

Still waiting, here. Every update, for the last year and half, has been received within a day or so. Now, I’m looking at a week and counting.
Someone else mentioned it, but do a software reset (hold both outer scroll wheel buttons). I did this yesterday morning and the phone alerted me to the software update about 5 hours later. No indications of software issues before that suggesting the need for a reset other than waiting for the update and having a Connect+ subscription. I had even done a similar reset only 3-5 days ago to clear up an audio bug with Bluetooth music.

My R1T just popped this morning. Hasn't been at home since the update came out and isn't on wifi.
