Valid question, and the two are not mutually exclusive. Tenneco could be the hydraulic active damping piece & Dunlop could be the air spring & ride height piece. What's not clear is the application. Will this be for R1 or Amazon van or both? In the past Motor Trend had reported that the R1 would be using a version of the Tenneco Kinetic suspension. Perhaps this has changed or perhaps Rivian will be using a heavier duty or more cost effective suspension for the delivery van.
