I’m going to post this in the “I’m sure it’s normal” category.

Just upgrade to a gen2 and one thing I noticed is that when the air suspension releases air it sounds like some one either A) popped a tire or B) pulled the release on an air compressor.

It’s very different and more noticeable than my gen1. I honestly thought I popped a tire the first time I got out. Is this what others hear?

When does your car do this? I can try to replicate it, but I definitely haven’t noticed anything like that in my Gen2.

I could be wrong but I think there is a muffler after the release valve. Maybe something isn't connected right on yours?

It happens when it’s working on leveling the suspension. So I hear it fairly often especially right after parking. I’ll try and grab a video but I’m always driving.

Yeah that’s definitely not normal, I would submit a service ticket for it. Mine is fairly quiet.

This was just sitting in the garage switching to low. Much louder than my gen1

Definitely does not happen on my Gen2. I haven't even noticed any sound. Hopefully an easy fix just missing a muffler.

100% not normal. One of your lines is leaking from the sounds of it
