Just picked up a set of Ram rims on FB marketplace here in VA. Paid $200 and debating leaving as is or painting. Will mount snow tires on them and turn my R1S into Snow Rex.
Thanks @Riviot for all your research.

What color is your R1S? Silver looks good with some colors, but black looks good with all colors 😎

I think I had those same ones on my saved items on marketplace in case I wanted to have winter tires too. Nice find!

Agree, black is the easy button to look good with all colors. A darker silver/charcoal would also look good. I think the original silver is too bright and the spokes are too wide to look good and not look dated. I wanted to be bold and go with a dark bronze but my wife put an end to those delusions.

I've got my bronze paint ordered :) will post pics once it's done. Amazingly hard to find duplicolor bronze at the moment, but that shade seems to look best. Going to top it with a satin/matte clear coat I think, but will make that call after the bronze is on.

New center caps. Lucked out and Abstract Ocean had some center cap logos left to affix to center caps for the Ram hubs. Just need to clear coat

I cleared over my vinyl emblems as well (2 layers of vinyl, charcoal over yellow). Put about 6-7 coats on to really seal in the edges, and was perfectly fine for the winter, and through touchless car washes with wheel sprayers.

@909phillyman Did you get hub centric rings? I assume you also bought lugs from factory reproductions?
Trying to figure out how long I drag my feet because I want the Satin Black for my FG R1S but they are $100 more per tire than the Bronze, so may just bite on those.

I did get 77.8 > 64.1 hub rings. Here's the link: https://a.co/d/cmJoMln

I reused my OE lugs because the replacement lugs that I bought didn't fit properly, and I needed to get my new wheels/tires on sooner than later. If I can find a black lug set that fits properly, then I'll get those at a later time, because...ultimately, I'll switch back and forth between wheel sets when needed and I'd like to have all dedicated equipment. If you find some reasonably priced black lugs (x20), please let me know.

Out of curiosity which lugs did you buy, and what didn't work about them?

Wondering if "OEM RAM" lugs would fit with the RAM wheels?

I got these, and thought that I got the right size, but they wouldn't thread onto the bolts properly. Forcing them on could damage the bolt, as well as the inside of the lug.

Again, these lugs DO NOT fit:

It's finally happened, I found some Ram 2363 wheels for a reasonable price! I'm picking up tomorrow and taking them to a local powdercoating shop to get blasted and painted satin black.
I'm looking for advice on winter tires: is there a season to buy? Am I too early? I can't find many 275/6x/20 options. I'm willing to go 65 or 60.

Edit: updated prices and picked some tires!

Wheels: $150
Sandblast/Powdercoat: $550
TPMS: $107
Center cap: $25
Hub centric rings: $15
Falken Wildpeak A/T3W 275/60R20: $1107
Michelin X-Ice Snow tires in 275/60/20: $1148
Mount/Balance: $116
TOTAL: $2070

Thanks to @SeaGeo for previously posting this:

Step 1: Get some cheap wheels
PXL_20230822_193623811.jpg

Step 2: Strip and prime
IMG_20230829_130319.jpg

Step 3: Spray in satin black (only acceptable finish/color)
IMG_20230829_130317.jpg

Step 4: Take new tires to be mounted a week later because Amazon/Simple Tire took a while to correct your order after sending half of the wrong size 🙄

Step 5: Come home a happy camper and patiently wait for winter!

Step 6: Install at winter and hit the trails (pics to come in October)
How does the outer diameter of this set up compare to the outer diameter of stock 21”s?

275/55/21 vs 275/60/20, it's a .1" or .3% difference. That's negligible and comparable to tire wear. Even compared to stock 275/50/22, it's . 2" / .6%. still minimal.

Pretty easy decision to run some ram wheels. Found a set of brand new scorpion 275/60-20 tires for $500 and fabbed up some black matte rivian center cap stickers. Happy w the results.

Damn, it looks so good with the AT tires. I read that the 20 AS tires would get the same range as the 21" AS. Do you see any reduction in range with the 275/60/20 AT tires? Im currently have 21" on my R1S. What have you experienced so far @Riviot ?

My wheels are finished so now I'm down to deciding what tires to buy. I have narrowed the choice to two. WildPeaks or Goodrich KO2s. I have the KO2s on my Sprinter van camper and have been happy with them but I do lose mileage when I have them on the van. They are slightly larger diameter than the stock wheels by about 3%, and the van struggles when going up-hill on long grades doing highway speeds. Not sure if this is caused by the aggressive tread design or if it's a wheel diameter problem. I don't know how, or if, this will be any kind of factor with the Rivian. I do like the ride and handling of the Sprinter on the KO2s compared to the stock street tires I have. Any Pro or Con thoughts on the KO2s vs WildPeaks.
