This is been an absolute necessity. I got mine the day before we left on a 1200 mile trip from California to the Pacific Northwest 70% of our charging has been at tesla stations. I can't imagine what it would be like if I didn't have this adapter.

From tracking data this morning, it looks like UPS got mine Wednesday and it will arrive next Tuesday. Thankfully still in plenty of time for me to test it before my next car trip.

Received only the Pro today, 8/16. Stellar was nowhere in sight.

Looking at the order invoice and shipping manifest, it's easy to see how the packer could have made the mistake. The two items are lumped into one item number with an alphabet soup of a description. Tagging @A2ZEV for sake of feedback. An email was sent to the info@ address.

I have zero affiliation with A2Z, other than being one of the first customers to receive their Typhoon adapter back in April. I have to say I am so impressed with this company. Best customer service I've experienced in many years.

Mine arrived this week while I was on a work trip. Haven't had a chance to even open the shipping box, but hope to test it at a local supercharger this weekend.

I wrote them wednesday asking for an update since they went radio silent for 6 weeks. Message received today that it's shipping today, but no tracking number as of yet. I feel like asking if it was going to ship today if I hadn't emailed them, but whatever, things happen.

I will say that I appreciate their engagement on here and the unique products they offer. Also not affiliated with them, companies with great customer service are the ones you stick with. If they ever came out with a range of dongles for the mobile charger, I'd buy them all.

Those with just the Typhoon Pro, can you tell me the weight of your package via UPS please? I ordered the combo but I actually need the Stellar more for an upcoming trip next weekend. Someone posted that they bought the combo and only got the Pro. My package weighs 1.70 lbs as per UPS.

Tested it this morning. I inserted it into the vehicle port first. That took a bit of a bump to latch in, but it did latch security, and I suspect it will be easier next time. Took me 2 tries to get the charging handle in, but the second time was very smooth. I think the first try was just me pushing at a slight angle.

Plug and charge worked perfectly. I had set the supercharger as my destination so it had preconditioned on the short drive there. Battery SOC was ~40% when I pulled in, and it got to >200kW pretty quickly. I didn't really need a charge, so I took just short of 11kW and stopped the charge.

I was able to pull into the far right spot and could reach fairly easily just by getting close to the right side curb. The pedestal was close to center.

TLDR: If anyone encounter problems initiating charge, listen for the click on insertion, then give the NACS plug a quick tug to confirm full insertion and positive locking.

Tried my Pro for the first time late last night. This was one of those V3 spots where the charger is placed center, at the head of the parking spot. First attempt, nothing. Cable had bit of tension on it so I thought maybe I need to move the truck more to the right. Handicap spot (no one else around) so I had some room to place the driver side flush with left side of the charger. Turns out, I just didn't have the plug in all the way. Pressing the button on the adapter (affixed to the charging port) while shoving the plug in produced the click. Gave plug a quick tug to confirm lock. All the right whirring sounds were heard and in seconds the ring turned green. 207 kW, starting from 35% SOC and held that for quite a while before dropping to 170 kW. Had zero difficulties releasing the NACS plug or the adapter from port. You've nailed this one @A2ZEV. 10/10. And stellar customer service as usual, the missing Stellar adapter was fulfilled and received in 2 days.

Will be nice when all Superchargers have longer cables. Looking into getting one of those collapsible cones for when I do need to take up 2 spots.
