5 Tire Rotation- Spare tire already balanced?

Planning on a 5 tire rotation at home and am wondering if spare tires are typically pre balanced before vehicle delivery. My T came with the spare at delivery.

Mine wasn’t but I had a whole thing where my truck was delivered with a screw in the tire and then they took it and remounted a new tire for me.
