Exactly what I was thinking… why does everyone who films these videos on rivians think that we want to watch a half hour tutorial on just 2 new screens and data that we can now see. Like come on, this could have been shortened into 15ish minutes and it would have still been a hard watch.

nice to see the big fat green/grey bar is now an appropriate size.

I was able to watch at 1.5x, slide around, and satisfy my curiosity about what things will look like without wasting my life or moaning about it. Yay?

Good overview. But I think the driver display enhancements were unfortunately severely underreported. Showing it on the 2 lane highway didn’t show off the reported 5 lanes of visualization and oncoming traffic + stopped vehicles

Listen, can't blame Jose. He monetize his YouTube as part of his LLC so his lease is a business expense. If I had more time, I'd make more videos. People do appreciate them when their helpful.

While RivianTrackr isn’t any where close to OOS level of length, you have to admit it can be a little annoying when it’s supposed to be a review yet every single word on the screen is read out loud, adding to an already long video. And yes editing can be difficult for some ( I am definitely an amateur), the final product can be enhanced significantly when one decides to cut a few things out here and there.

Edit: Just learned his channel is monetized, if he’s trying to get good statistics and make friends with the algorithm, he should try and have a low click through rate where people are watching it from beginning to end…

Hysterical the phantom motorcycle next to him. My G1 R1T show a motorcycle anytime a vehicle has off-road ish tires, including landscaping trucks and tractor trailers. Glad I didn't spend another $30-$40k to get the same phantoms.
