So you went from 33” tires of the 21” wheels to a 34” tire? Did you reprogram? Numbers can change once tires are broken in.
Yes - went from the 33" tires on 21s to the 34" on 20s. I didn't recalibrate - Rivian makes it a real hassle by forcing us to book a service appointment, even for their standard tire sizes. The speedometer is spot on now, but I realize the odometer and efficiency rating app are both ~3% "short" - even then the efficiency has dropped significantly.

I waited to post until after our road trip, after 1,000 miles most tires are pretty much broken in.

The 21" is an AS tire so efficiency with an AT will be worse. I've now driven the Toyo in dirt, mud, a bit of snow and some ice, and those tires are pretty good. I will know better after we get a good dump, but so far so good. Efficiency is on par with the Pirelli AT tires.

An update…. The “hum” also had a vibration. Did a road trip recently and it’s pretty annoying. Tore shop tried balancing again and there was no difference. Did a test drive with tire shop manager and he said it’s not normal. Probable Ana out of round tire. Unfortunately he said the tires are on backorder so they will not replace with the same tires. This is different than a normal all terrain tire noise. It’s more annoying to me than the OEMs I changed due to loud noise at 17k. Back to the drawing board for me to pick a new tire.

That's a bummer - could you tell if it was one tire making the excess noise or all of them?

I was in the same boat and just got these tires with the OEM 20's. So far I'm happy, but it's early... Will see after I've had more time with them and they wear in.
Any update on the drone/noise at moderate speed as they break in more. Not sure where you live but any idea on winter weather performance?

I purchased these about 1-2 weeks ago and mounted them on Black Rhino Voltaics. After about 1,000 miles....

Not impressed with the range/efficiency. I'm probably just over 2.0 mi/kw. I'm guessing a 10-20% reduction in range from the stock 21s. The noise/drone is much more noticeable than my KO2s, but not terrible.

Everything else seems great. I noticed a ride improvement and do feel a little more confidence with wet handling. The dry road handling is maybe a little worse but not bad. They look awesome on the Voltaics, and I'm eager to get them off road when I get the chance. ?
10-20% drop from AS to AT seems about right. Rivian quotes the same when going from AS to AT themselves so it checks out.

I've got like 400 miles on them and they've smoothed out some. I'm quite happy. The "drone" is not an issue. I've completely forgotten about it. It's either quieter or I've gotten more used to it, probably a little bit of both. These tires are not loud imo. The loudest thing in my truck is the whine from regen, by a lot.

I'm in the south so no snow. Rain performance seems okay, but haven't pushed them.

It’s a different sound from the drone. The drone is much better. It’s more of a sound like the rumble strips on the side of the highway, but obviously not as extreme. I have 1000 miles and it hasn’t gone away.

That is weird, sounds like something is wrong with one of the tires then. I don't have that at all. In fact, yesterday I turned off the music and listened, tires are quite quiet. There if you look for it but not loud by any means.

Being knobby all terrains I can feel them slightly at full turn crank during low speeds, as expected. The tires are not glass smooth like my 21's were, but they are acceptable for me. They've smoothed out considerably compared to brand new. I think they're balanced decently. If I accelerate hard at 70-80mph I can feel the tires moreso than the 21's, like the treads are flexing and it translates so small vibes, understandable for the type of tread pattern. Just cruising on the highway the ride is still quite peaceful, so I'm happy with the compromise and having an AT vs an all season.

Called DT today, they reached out to Toyo and were told these are on backorder with no ETA. Any other good recommendations for replacing worn stock 20" Scorpions? New K03's, Falken WildPeak, etc...

Nitto Terra Grappler G3 are now available. A sub brand of Toyo.

Small update, tires have smoothed out even more and I'm quite happy with them.

They take bumps better than the 21's for sure and they look amazing!

Where did you purchase these tires and what did you pay? TY

Scratch my last question. I was advised to go LT due to weight of truck and torque. Be interested in your thoughts after getting them installed. TY
I ended up having issues with my Toyo. They think one was out of round. They couldn’t replace them so I switched to nittos. Happy with the change. Much quieter.
