Normal fan noise?

Rivian suggests this is normal.

2024 Gen 1 R1T.

Hard to believe, but they say it is. I obviously don’t believe them, hence posting here.

Mine just started doing this recently too. I scheduled a service appointment. I also saw another post suggesting it might be related to the latest update.

Nope. Not normal. To me it sounds like the I worked in a grocery store as a kid and occasionally the drains in the exposed coolers would plug up. This means that condensation water wouldn't drain out of the device and eventually it'd back up and the cooling fan blades would hit it making a distinct and fast "tink tink tink" sound. The cure was to empty the suspect section, shut the system off and look for the plugged line. generally this was a gross process.

Is there something stuck inside, behind the air filter? If you set recirculation to OFF, you should be able to take a peak inside. Behind the air filter

Hmm. I guess I have to remove some things to be able to get a good look?
