2023 F150 Lightning Price Hikes & standard range increase to 240 miles

This is yet another punch in the gut by Ford on the Lightning reservation. However, it is making my next truck decision much easier. Rivian gets cheaper (or stays the same) while the Lightning becomes more expensive.

My Lightning reservation, if used at all, will almost certainly be “selling“ it to my dealer so he can then sell the truck himself. It’s wasn’t uncommon for dealers to offer bounties to Bronco order holders to buy them out. I’m hoping for the same opportunity. I would definitely take a cash buyout vs flipping the thing myself. And having owned a Mach E and seeing three Lightning examples I can’t imagine exchanging the Rivian for one.
