That's sad they did it... I've been mounting the wheels by myself on the Rivian for photoshoots, and then we sold the tire set, which looked like new. To me, it looks like they didn't care
You can use touch-ups to improve the look. I would make them pay for that. Just a few days ago, the client who bought AWZZ for Tesla ordered 3 more because the tire shop scratched 3 out of 4 rims!
