Does Rivian Remote Service come out regardless of weather?

I am wondering if and how the at-home service work will be done when it’s pouring rain, freezing, snowing etc?
Do the technicians have canopies?

I wouldn't count on it. Maybe if you have a garage or enclosed space they can work, but I'm unsure if insurance could be an issue. And just because a customer thinks their garage is clean enough/uncluttered enough to work in, the technician doing work who needs room to move around may disagree. I wouldn't think they would bother with a canopies or tents in harsh weather, that could be a challenge or liability in itself.

Yeah that’s what I am thinking. It’s not something I really thought of earlier when it has been super convenient to have them show up at home.
