1500 mile RT to Kanab UT

Drove from my home in Westminster Colorado. 20" AT Tires. On the drive to/from Kanab, we did a mix of Conserve mode on the lowest ride height, and All Purpose at low while going through the mountains or areas where we wanted more power to pass. Kept cruise at 75-85mph on I-70. ~80 miles were also in Off-Road mode while driving some trails in Vermillion Cliffs national monument. Our hotel in Kanab had a free Tesla destination charger we were able to use with an adapter. The total cost for use to charge on the trip came to $110.34

Didn't time the trip on the way out since we stayed at a hotel overnight. On the way back, the Rivian navigation estimated 4 charge stops and to take 12 hours. We ended up only stopping 3 times to charge and making it home in 11 hours.

LOVE this. Our first major road trip (800 miles each way) will be to Escalante early next summer.

At current gas prices, my ICE truck would have cost around $500 for the same trip. I’d call your experience a win for sure.

It's our second time through the area and want to do a longer trip someday. The slot canyons in Vermillion Cliffs are my favorite so far but White Pocket was great as well!
