How does this nonsense work? Do they raise your rates during other hours?Just switched to the GA Power Electric Vehicle plan. $0.01 kw/h for 11pm to 7am. Site says someone has to come to the house and reprogram the meter.

PGE rates in NoCal are such a joke. Luckily in the East Bay we have EB Clean Energy as an energy provider and they offer 100% renewable energy for .21 peak and .12 off peak. Peak is 5-8PM M-F. While it's not .01, it's certainly better than paying PGE rates. Between home solar and free charging at the office my Rivian charging costs should be minimal.Northern California EV-B rate from PG&E.
