NM EV wholesale rates is supposed to be 3.3 cents during the off-peak times, but the implementation of that rate schedule has been perpetually delayed for a year or two now.

And this is the similar issue with people reporting charge rates in miles / hour.

Those quoted prices may be the cost of only the kwh supply, and nothing on top of it. And it can vary greatly by utility.

Very hard to compare prices without the full bill breakdown.

In Portland with PGE I pay $0.045/kWh between 10pm and 6am and on Sundays and I thought that was good.

Just started with the plan not too long ago so interested to see how it works out on my first few bills. I expect my 8kW solar system and net metering to cover all of my usage during peak pricing and just have to pay the low rate for charging my truck.

I'm pretty fortunate to have free chargers available to my apartment building, so all charging at home is free regardless of time.

Austin has a plan that is simply a flat $50/mo for unlimited charging. You install a dedicated meter on your charger and that's it. Think the breakeven works out to about 800 mi/month, with everything beyond that being "free".
