Just my luck! WTF?! I get one chip filled this morning and on my way to work got another one.

Wow… Is everyone ok?

Yes, thank you for asking! I honestly thought when I was getting out to see the damage, that I completely scraped the whole left side of my Rivian. Happy to report that the only damage I’ve found is to the front tire and rear wheel. Thank god, it wasn’t a sharp turn into it and more of a gradual pull to the left before it hit the concrete divider and tried to slightly crawl up it. The impact was very scary inside as I must have hit it going around 70 mph.

I’m also happy that the divider was designed like the left one in the image vs the right. We have both here in Houston depending on the freeway. I think that along with the body design of the Rivian prevented further damage. Rivian did catch it on the gear guard/ incident cam. I’ll see if I can upload a video of it.

Played with some spare vinyl on our Cricut today.

I love 3M 2080 vinyl - you can just peel it off when ever you get tired of it.

Took the new one home to Mexico. Then bounced up to the PNW for the holidays. Back to Mexico with boat parts after Christmas.

If the truck holds up the way the Y has, I will have over 100k miles on it by this time next year.

Not exactly today... more like last Saturday. And discovered someone had damaged mine without leaving a note. It’s only been 5 months since delivery.
