we would like to, but the issue is we haven't got a chance to find an R1S and do a laser scan.

I have an R1S. What would you need from me if I were to do a laser scan for you ?

I'd like the folding factory frunk cover (with magnets) to be replaced with one that folds in the same way but also has a 60/40 vertical split so I can get to items in the lower frunk without having to remove all the items.

Imagine just lifting the left or right side of the frunk cover to access items below

you got it, we are making the molding for it, it folds in the same place the OEM frunk cover fold

I'd like a complete replacement for the OEM false floor.

One with a quality plastic that is easy to clean. The OEM one has that cheap rug-like material that just collects and clings to dust, dirt, fluff etc. Since the OEM is designed to be pulled completely out, it should be no problem swapping it out for a nicer one.

Smooth plastic with rubber inserts just like the console tray. Flocked will pick up lint and dirt and be more difficult to clean. Just my $.02.
