rewards

I tried to use the rewards to purchase the spare tire. Chat support informed me rewards cannot be used to buy the spare tire. Is that correct or did I get a bad response?

Did a Contest in my FB Group Below (We have around 10k owners) where I took my 3 rewards and used them to offer prizes/raffles for any donations between Dec 1 and December 15th Blocked out names not to draw attention but Im sure they wouldn't mind being shouted out for being super awesome tho...
