Bungee Cords, Straps, Rope, Oh My! (tying down loads in the bed)
I use the 3x4 version of this: TireTrek Cargo net . I initially bought it to keep my surfboard, wetsuit and other surf related items from flying out of the bed, but itās come in very handy in general. I recommend it.- Surfinkal

Totally agree with some of the points you make, but (for now) Iāll hold onto it because I do see improvements. My issues are more manufacturing and logistics related than technology. Panels, windows, 12v plugs, winch ready bumper, powered tonneau, spare tire etc.- Surfinkal

Adding powered sub box to Meridian system -- warranty? Shop in Miami?
Sourcing power for an amp (I think) will be a challenge . The 12v batteries arenāt too hard to get to, but their stability when adding an additional load would concern me. But I hope you find a solution and share it here. for me the sound is more than adequate ; highs and lows are where I need... -

You have valid concerns. And if you can look past the manufacturing issues, quality assurance shortcomings and less than impressive adventure gear āupgradesā, then go for it. Phone key unlocks the vehicle but cannot ready/activate it

R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!
We just put a deposit down on a R1S after having our R1T for a few weeks. The wait begins again, but watching deliveries to order holders helps the time go by. Congrats everyone!- Surfinkal

I reported earlier in this thread that I do have a 12v plug in the frunk. I am back to report I do not have a 12v under the dash. Luckily, itās not that big of a deal to me, but surprised at the inconsistency of delivered vehicles.- Surfinkal
