    FYI: Tesla Supercharges will not work with Rivians until officially announced as compatible.

    Point taken. However, I wouldn’t think Rivian would go to the expense of sending everyone a FREE adapter if all the background work wasn’t in place. I think the needed authorization to use Tesla’s SC will probably be announced once the adapter shipments begin. Makes sense to me.

    Increased tire noise from OEM Pirelli 20" ATs after 13k miles

    Mine are embarrassing louder and now has a cupping sound. I have less than 8k miles on them and mostly use Conserve mode so they still have good thread remaining. Will rotate soon at Discount Tire and see if it helps.

    The two 24v batteries power the computer ("brains"), lights, accessories, etc. Those of us with older Launch editions who had their R1T completely die found this out the hard way. These are the core of the entire EV.

    WDH for towing travel trailer

    I tow an Airstream with the same GCWR and use the Andersen WDH. I LOVE it! The Andersen uses chains in place of the bars. So simple to install/uninstall. When installed/setup properly, it makes my R1T and trailer seem like one long unit. So smooth!

    I monitor The Efficiency Number on the Driver's display. By already having an established history of towing and non-towing, efficiency I would think the Rivian Navigation trip planning algorithms could more accurately calculate the current kWh usage and the expected available range upon arrival...

    No worries about payload or towing capacity. The R1T will tow a house! I'd be more concerned about your range. Estimates shown in Tow Mode are way off and will give you false planning info! Beware.
