    Sorry to say Rivian had 3 attempts to properly allign my R1S. After being told by head tech at SC that "all Rivians want to track to the right" and that there was nothing more they could do, I had no choice but to trade it in. That vehicle was a chore to drive and Rivian could not make it right.

    "Previous owners name was still in the truck" That's the problem from the other side. That should not be there and should be able to be cleared prior to trade in without Rivian Service center appointment. I'm happy they obliged you in the process and wish you best of luck.

    The nightmare is on the other end. Previous owners info is still in vehicle. Yes you can clear Nav, log out of Alexa, delete garage door, etc, but your name still remains. Rivian supposedly requires a service center visit prior to trading in the vehicle to completely clear all info. They'll...

    Glad to hear. As others have mentioned, mine was in for a week and all they did was an alignment and tire rotation. Still won't keep a straight line on any road. I'm to the point where I'm most likely just trading it in.
