I was under the impression they wouldn't offer the 400 mile option for pre-orders until January 2022. I did reserve the 400+ mile R1T and will anxiously wait the delivery. On the plus side it might be good to wait a little for the kinks to be worked out. I'm sure Rivian will get most things...- gregasarus

San Francisco Rivian Event [Updated with impressions, info, photos]
I asked 2 people about the CarPlay and didn't get a straight answer so I asked RJ himself. CarPlay is not going to be there natively but there will be the ability to play music content via the old school iPod style interface.- gregasarus
