As a Rivian AND Tesla owner I am stoked for this. Let’s stop hating on certain brands. Tesla chargers are reliable and painless, sorely lacking qualities at charging stations currently available for Rivian owners trying to drive long distances.

Stopped by the Cleveland service center on my way from Pittsburg to Chicago. No appointment. Very quick stop. Nicest people. The technician also fixed my passenger side sun blocker which had a detached bracket.
