Mine still showed all the keys I know because Rivian had me check that the key card showed and then the removed it and had me confirm it disappeared from the list then had me do a hard reboot and confirm the key showed up again. Pretty significant outage if it affected all the methods available...

I am really hoping that’s the case. New rule: more than 20 min from the house bring the fob…. the app problem may be linked to something with multiple point authentication codes, seems like others can’t access bank accounts or west law because the pin entry just spins.

Same issue, on iOS newest app version (3.11) and key card is not working either. Stranded 2 hours from my key fob. Being told they will tow to nearest service center which is 30 min in the wrong direction from my home and I can pick it up when the issue is resolved. But if it’s not warranty...

Looks awesome! I was curious how much space there is between the rear hatch and the awning when deployed. I have been debating a 180 or a 270 but was concerned the hatch would make contact on the 270 so was leaning 180.
