This probably won't help you now, but wanting to avoid your experience on android with the multiple keys after uninstall/reinstall, I tried logging out and back into the app first and that didn't work. I then rebooted my phone and the new layout showed up.
Update: After a week I finally picked up my truck this afternoon. Unfortunately they did not install the new skinny slats. The new hardware however does seem to move much smoother than before so time will tell how well they hold up.
I dropped my truck off this morning for the PTC replacement and they said it could take 2-4 days to complete.
Timing worked well as I am going out of town tomorrow till Monday so I hope it is ready for me when I get back.

I don't know if this has been posted anywhere yet, but I received a call a few days ago to move my appointment to the SC in Tempe. They mentioned they are still ramping up the center, but instead of driving up to Deer Valley to have my tonneau cover fixed, I can now bring it to the Tempe SC.
