My R1T was delivered 18 months ago with a non-functioning Power Tonneau. I accepted the vehicle with the promise and understanding that Rivian was going to Fix/Replace the broken unit. I was also told that I am not allowed to take it apart and try to repair it myself or I forfeit any...- SherpaDog

OMG - That's crazy. My wife backed in the Rivian and I need to get it repaired. Tried PDR, but they were unable to fix it. Planning to get one of the Rivian certified centers to give me a quote, but after reading this am thinking I go to regular body shop since I will be paying out of pocket... -

wow - I wish he was in NJ/PA area. I was hit in the back as well and not have great success with the PDR. I now need to make a decision on full body work, or try to find a better PDR specialist -

perhaps I'm old school, but not comfortable squeezing into tight spaces looking at the screen - that said, I do use the cameras as much as I can. Regarding that, I would find it helpful if the visual for the sensors (radar warned for how close you are to an object when parking) was on the... -

I still long for Valet mode which would prevent someone for accessing locked areas of the vehicle (Frunk and Tunnel). Living in the NY/Philly area, I have to valet park in the city and always have to empty my car because I can't lock things in it I also would've to have the passenger mirror... -

Rivian will open its RAN charging station network to all EVs -- says RJ Scaringe
I've yet to see any of these on the East Coast - or anywhere I travel for that matter - would love it they built out the network for Rivian owners with the extra revenue they will generate from opening it to the masses -
My Rivian completely dead from ~40% vampire drain after a month long vacation

For those who got R1S (or R1T) at original approximately $78k would you buy one for new price of approximately $93k?
No, for that money I would probably by a lightly used Ridgeline for Skiing, bikes, etc, and spend the 100k on an EV sedan. We also have a Ridgeline which is a great “life style truck”, and all the toys on it work. I generally like the R1T, fit/finish is good and Rivian service has been very... -

Living a metropolis, I need a Valet Mode which would lock dow the Funk/Tunnel/Maps/garage door openers/etc - totally exposed when I have to park Fix Radio issue - "radio can't connect" error Maps/charging - would love them to be more predictive of range and suggest charging stops along the... -
What do you want addressed in the next OTA update?
- Valet mode for those who live in urban areas and have to valet park - specifically prevent access to lockable areas, and lockdown things like home address on maps - fix my radio which will not connect - fix gear door so it open consistently - add "open gear door" & "open tailgate" to phone app
