    I added a 12V outlet in the frunk of my R1S. I used the existing connector (as shown above) and just added connectors and wires to the female side of the connector. Had to take the frunk out (which is really simple) to gain access to run the new wires.

    I took delivery at the Richmond SC. Definitely think it sped up my delivery time. If you take delivery at the SC, you will still be hit with the $1800 destination fee. High, but I don’t think unreasonably so among dealers today. I doubt the SC would be able to fix any issue you saw before...

    I also had a 11/19 preorder date. Once I told guide I wanted to pick it up in Richmond, I had the truck within a month. Took the train from Raleigh to Richmond early last month to pick it up. The Richmond SC is only about three miles or so from the Amtrak station.

    Thanks, is a 3 ton jack sufficient for jacking just one corner (wheel). The R1S is 7,000 lb. Just want to make sure my 3 ton jack and 3 ton stands are sufficient for one corner. Thanks
