Yup. A sizable letdown IMO and I'm considering cancelling my SUV reservation. Three-hundred miles just isn't enough and in real-world conditions will be less.- yellowcello

I was looking forward to the R1S with 400-ish mile range. It's enough of a mileage reduction that my inner voice is questioning if it's worth it. Totally agree with you, an announcement would have been a good thing before learning about it while configuring.- yellowcello

I'm interested in a range longer than 300 miles that might do 270 miles real-world. I drive a Tesla Model 3 Performance and feel lucky if I get 280-ish hwy. R1S configuration doesn't currently offer a max pack range. Is the suggestion to wait for the max pack config option to show up for the...- yellowcello
