Tinkering is really what 3D printing is about for me. Its fun and satisfying to look a problem, think of a solution and create a "thing" from nothing but your thoughts and a little bit of CAD work. Rapid prototyping is its strength. Not really a mass-produced component solution. FWIW, I use...- M&M

Aftermarket Wheels Installed on R1T...
Those guys are hacks! I worked in the tire industry for several years and had to un-do $h!t like that many times. They don't actually fit the truck, setting aside the fact that I personally don't like the looks; "it clears the back, it rubs the front". Clearly they just want to make the sale... -
Right to Repair for Rivian owners? Thoughts?
Where do you think the burden of creating the repair manuals and tools will land? I will tell you where; on the consumer, driving up the initial price for that device. Don't forget the recent hyper-inflation we are all experiencing too. Can I get a new iPhone 35? Sure, just pay me $2700...- M&M

ALL 10 Rivian colors compared!
Think I'll head up to our local SC and see them in person. Our First Mile host told us they have all the colors up there right now. Nothing like seeing them live!- M&M
