Just curious if anyone had their vehicle replaced by Rivian after mechanical issues…
What was the mechanical issue?
Did Rivian offer up a new vehicle?
Did you have to push Rivian to replace?

Good question… and mostly why I was asking in the original post what options folks used to sell (trade-in, private sale, etc…).
Wouldn’t want to dump the issue on some unsuspecting person for sure…
Yep, they replaced the worn one ("Free of charge"), but made me pay for the unaffected tire to get the alignment "right" on my last fix... Still didn't work.
The Quad motor explanation makes sense to me... Just frustrating they haven't figured it out.
Yep, Quad motor... 98& of the time drive in All-purpose at standard height (Auto-ride height turned off).
It does not appear better after the fix.
Steering wheel has to be held to the left while driving down straight road (see pic).

Shouldn't pull right so terribly that the outer rim of the passenger front tire is completely bald, while the remainder of the tires show little wear, correct? This would be regardless of road structure? Any why wouldn't any other vehicle I own (have owned) have the same issue? Not asking to...
I'll start by saying I was fully into to Rivian, having placed my initial R1S deposit in April of 2019.
We have a family of 6, so it was a big deal to have an EV that fit everyone comfortably.
I was totally patient with delays in manufacturing; optimistic that Rivian just wanted to get it right...
Anyone having any chronic alignment issues with their vehicle?
I've had it in the service center twice already, and the alignment is still terrible... within 200 feet if I don't steer to correct, I'd be halfway off the road.
Tired of driving 2.5 hours to the service center... anyone had this...

I've clicked everything, and alas, I cannot locate it...
The only delivery window I've received is via email...
Though, I've signed my PBA for my R1S LE!!!

I think the word "locked" may be the word choice of the person posting the thread.
I had my Guide Call last Thursday, and signed my PBD yesterday (Wednesday), but it still shows
