There actually is turtle mode when you get low enough. I ended up driving about 10 miles after hitting 0% 0 miles remaining. I was at about 35 mph those 10 miles. Turtle icon in lower left of display. I barely made it as truck gave final warning to pull over just as I pulled into charging spot.

3 of the 4 caps are brand new and never put in service so $20 each for 3 and $15 for the one that was used (has some dirt on back side of used one - otherwise front looks new). So as far as your request, $275. Was originally going to give the caps as a set if someone bought all 4 wheels.
