    They don't have enough service centers, only about 22. Most states are not represented. My state has a service center, but I am 3 hours away (one way). Image going in for service.

    And I would still forget to push it. Few times I had to rent ICE vehicles when traveling. On two occasions, I left the key in the ignition, while engine was running....and just walked away.

    Nice write up. TY Like OP, I have been driving Tesla S since 2013. I have Rivian and Cybertruck on order. Wonder which one will arrive first, but regardless, I am tempted to go with Rivian. Just the right size.

    That is one of the things I don't like about my Tesla, lack of CarPlay. But that did not stop me from buying one. Rivian should not follow Tesla in that regard. Promise of some future income from controling media will not materialize. Give people a choice now and when Rivian gets strong, they...

  8. PSA: Phone-as-a-Key Security Issue

    Why are even still using FOB/phone/watch to unlock and drive? Vehicle should be able to recognize you and let you drive. For guest/parking attendant's keypad outside and pin to drive inside would work. We should be able to lock the car with phone and fob inside when needed.

  9. RIVIAN STOCK

    Just bought at $35. Wish me good luck. Even though I am Tesla owner (stock and car), I would like to see Rivian succeed. Especially now. :) Growing pains, similar to Tesla, will pass.
