As much as I would love to see those changes, I don’t see most of those happening for years, as they would require R&D, securing deals with suppliers, retraining/rehiring, retooling to be done. Ofcourse by the time these changes are made the R2 vehicles will be announced and probably not far...

Located 30min away. Email I got explained that the service centre not being ready is why I was moved from July-Sept to Oct-Dec

My delivery date moved back from July-Sept to October-December likely due to the lack of progress for this service centre location.

For us unfamiliar with this process, what does it mean for this project to be in Matheson's 'Upcoming Tenders?" Are they bidding on the job to Rivian on Jan 17? (alongside other companies I presume). At which point Rivian will undoubtedly need time to review, consider, reply to the bidders...
