I just heard back from the SC and one of the contacts in the HV battery is stuck open. They still aren't servicing battery packs at the service center so I'll be getting a new battery. Estimated time is about 2 weeks.

I hope it's that simple, would that cause the critical battery issue though? I looked at jumper wires and the brake controller wires and they look ok from what I can see, but what you say makes sense.
