Pirelli has a new 275/50/22 All- Terrain XTM tire in HL 116T its has 3 peak mountain snowflake and is desgined for Electric Vehicles in mind. Discount/America's Tire has it listed for $397.

We look forward to the update. Pirelli is a homolgated tire so there is likely to be something unique for Rivian. The Nokian should be ok though.

Yep ! That's one I mentioned and potentially a good tire.. Nokian also has a 116 for snow. I was on their website awhile back and they were promising 22s for Rivian. Right now this tire shows up with online retailers but not on the North American Nokian website. I would not use the Venom...

the 115s for 22" adds more choices between highway tires, all terrains, snows, all season etc. the factory pirelli is only an season tire. You can of course move to LT to add more choices. I expect over time the tire companies will introduce more 116s in 22".

I just read in another thread that the tire load requirement is based on gross axle weight rating + a 10 percent Margin divided by 2. The Rivian has a 4960 lbs rear axle rating while the Ford is 4900. For the Ford based on this math it needs a 2695lbs load tire but the 115 is slightly lower...

ET 48 is the offset. You can see it stamped on the wheel. bolt patttern is 5x5.5”. Sorry I don’t know the bore. Ram truck wheels might work but their offsets are around 28.

Yep! Nokian tires are amazing for winter! It make sense buying from a company based in a very snowy part of the world!
