i had the same experience

Success on my end. I did see a brief message when it completed to 100% indicating the update had failed; but then it indicted success. If I wasn't staring at my phone, I wouldn't had seen it. I just took it for a spin in southern California's first winter storm & everything functioned perfectly.

I just got my update. Let's hope the second time is the charm!

CS (via chat) just told me they are still pushing out the updates (in waves). If by end of the day we don't have it, to connect with them again. And by end of day, I am assuming they mean 6 PM PST.

It may mean your configuration is ready. Call CS and they will connect you with your assigned Guide. That is what happened to me a few weeks ago and now a proud owner of R1S. Their CS is messed up and you should call them.
