    pretty underwhelming, but I did have one incident 2 months ago where the doors didnā€™t unlock correctly, so i guess itā€™s cool to hopefully get that fixed. Lots of updates to their nav system lately, and it needs it, but man I wish theyā€™d improve the awful driver+

    I think itā€™s different now. There are more options available, less people will sit idle for 2 yrs. I wouldnā€™t count on customers being cool with waiting.

    Glad they are finally fixing letting the seat keep moving when you open the garage! I had to use a visor remote so I could open the door while the seat was moving. Made no sense, glad itā€™s fixed.

    Whatā€™s interesting is that itā€™s not the people talking about it being late or behind schedule that are heated in these threads. They seem to just be calmly staying their thoughts while others get heated in complaining about their comments.

    Thanks for the write up. But for me streaming Bluetooth music is much higher quality than built in Spotify. The built in apps seem to have terrible quality.

    My expectations are that a company provides updates when they promise them, and thatā€™s been fulfilled. You seem to think I should be grateful for the updates instead of expecting them. No, I paid for them. Iā€™m being quite reasonable in expecting them.

    Absolutely agree and I hate when people say we should just appreciate we even get updates. Itā€™s literally a selling point of the car, with it touted on their website from day one. Itā€™s been promised and therefore expected. Quote edited to shorten so people donā€™t have to scroll too much.

    Whatā€™s so uneducated about this? are people stupid for driving 5 hours instead of flying 45 minutes? Itā€™s their time and money and if makes sense to them , then it makes sense to them.

    You have 10c electric ? My total in Ohio is 18.9c all in. Are you sure youā€™re factoring in the total and not just the generation charge?

  16. Rivian doesn't cost less to drive on long trips

    I donā€™t intend to ever take a long trip in our cars. We are fully electric. Anything over 3 hours we just fly. If we took long drives we definitely would have kept a gas car.

As a dentist that price would include me pulling all your upper teeth , surgically placing 4 implants and making you a custom denture that snaps onto them. Body work seems like it should cost less than surgery that has much higher training requirement...
