    Updated power tonneau seal gaps

I just had mine replaced and it looks identical to this. The original had practically no water ingress and had a similar gap, but I have yet to test the new one.

Demo vehicles can't be registered in Oregon (and MA, CO, NV, VA, UT, MD)?

I've noticed this as well. I think this is a blanket statement, as if the vehicle has less than 7500 miles you can register it in Oregon as a "new" vehicle: https://www.oregon.gov/dor/programs/businesses/pages/vehicle-privilege-and-use-taxes.aspx It might be that you'd have to get the...

    Speed limit signs

I agree, seems like its just going off of map data, not actually looking at the signs anymore.

    Speed limit signs

I'm noticing the similar behavior. I've also noticed that it more typically will recognize "Speed Limit" signs vs the "Speed" signs when it does (Oregon thing).

200 miles (by flight) from closest Service Center is the confirmed Delivery Eligibility Area

Thats great they'll come down from Bend! Yeah unfortunately they don't send the EDVs down from Portland to Eugene either... So seems like maybe they're not wanting to get a lot of deliveries in the area until they have a more locally based Mobile tech?

200 miles (by flight) from closest Service Center is the confirmed Delivery Eligibility Area

I know someone down on the Southern Oregon coast with an R1S reservation that has a guide and delivery date of Nov 2023 and there has been no mention about service issues due to proximity to Portland.

200 miles (by flight) from closest Service Center is the confirmed Delivery Eligibility Area

This would work, but I imagine service will be a bit tough, since you will need to get the vehicle either to Portland yourself, or to someone's house within the mobile service area. This would be until they get a mobile service tech based in Southern Oregon, or open a Service Center thats...

not charging to limit set in app since 2023.26.0

Same here, going to 69% instead of 70%. I had service here last week and tech suggested a hard reset, haven't tried that yet, but definitely lines up with last SW update.

Is there a plan to have a Rivian Parts Department?

I have a missing wheel center cap, and while they sell the ones for the 21s in the Gear Shop, they don't for the 20 ATs. So mobile service appointment for a simple part they could have just mailed to me....

Eugene / Mid-Valley Oregon Rivian Adventurers

Welcome all! I created this Club for those of us in and around Eugene, Corvallis, Albany, Salem, and parts in-between in the Willamette Valley, Oregon Coast, and Cascades. A place to talk about where you like to explore in the area, charging tips, service experiences, meet-ups and generally...

    2023.14.0 Software update released

Updated last night, and had the drive reformatted as part of the process to enable the Motion Cam. I'll be interested to try and mount the drive on my Mac or PC to view the videos after I get a few on there.

    what charger plug to order?

Haha, I always find myself saying Grizzly so totally got what you meant.... I have the white avalanche edition one, I want to call it the Polar Bear :)

    what charger plug to order?

+1 On the Grizzl-E, its quite beefy, and very easy to mount. If doing the outlet, i'd definitely go for the NEMA 14-50, more versatile.

Regen Brakes Auto Disable on steep road?

I have also noticed this coming over the Cascades, and it typically is on the very steep downgrades on roads like OR-58. Doesn't seem to matter if battery is cold or warm. Regen is always still available for me, its just "restricted". Albeit, I still end up gaining 2-3% going down the pass...

I was going to hit Crescent City, but ended up not going that far South, good to know they are flawless :)

Klamath Falls, Oregon RAN charging station is up and running

Hit the Coos Bay station twice this weekend, very impressive charge speed, and no fuss getting things started. Can't wait until there are more of these stations around!

A lot of R1Ts just appeared in the shop, including some Launch Green.

Oh wow, thats very quick! So must be that R1Ts are more plentiful, but nonetheless sounds like Rivian is willing to do deliveries in Eugene still. Hope you get what you want soon! Will probably see you around town, there aren't that many of us ;)
