    I second the EV XC90, but im partial to Volvo bc I drive one. Rumor has it that the upcoming EV XC90 will have a 100-110kwh pack and get range of 600km (350+miles) WLTP. EPA range prob. low 300+. That would put it in same efficiency as Tesla X, and Y, and way more efficient than R1S. Trade off...

    Totally agree, if they give us 400 mile range with a 600kwh battery pack, driving a Hummer H1 would probably be just as efficient, environmentally friendly and cost just as much on your bank account. Its like saying, how far can my ICE car go is all that matters, I dont care about MPG.

    Automated driver+ mode couldn't negotiate the turn. So, Rivian blames driver error with - Driver+, like all driver assistance systems, requires your full attention on the road. Echoes of/from Elon... marketing hands free driving. That's my guess.
