    Yup, exactly as you said. Cap off the Neutral since it's not used and just use the two hot and ground wires directly into the Wall Charger. Should be good to go from there

    Don't think it'll be the truck. It defaults to 48A after charging ends unless you set a lower current for scheduled charging. The charger also should regulate how much current to draw even if the car's showing 48A before being plugged in. Maybe check the wiring and that nothing's loose or even...

    Does the configurator in your account not have Standard battery as an option and only Standard+ ? I'm thinking that might be why there's a difference with the regular website and your account configurator.

    Most likely a VIN is being matched on the back end. See if maybe your Guide can see that VIN or not

    KochChemie magic wheel cleaner and then foaming with P&S brake buster is also really good at breaking up and loosening caked up wheels and brakes. Makes it less labor intensive

    I asked my Guide about that awhile ago and they told me a TSA-approved lock can fit it. Weird how they chose TSA approved locks but I guess if it can fit suitcase zippers then they can fit the handle too lol

    There's also a hole in the handle's latch where you can fit a small padlock into it so that it can't be unlatched from the charger's dock

    Yeah usually when they give shop access that ETA goes away. Most likely still Dec-Jan but they probably just remove it since you could get something from the shop in a couple weeks (which is weird since that's still within your ETA window anyway)

    You'll always have access to it until you either pick one or the configuration you have is built and assigned to you.

    When you lose access to the shop, it usually means a vehicle was matched to your preorder. If that happened when you had the underbody shield selected, most likely that the vehicle they're trying to match to you also has it. Probably best to talk to your Guide and see what the timeline is

    For the driver's display, hold one of the outer steering wheel buttons on the left side. It'll cycle through three screens on the driver's display (tire pressure, navigation, and efficiency)
