Boat Show - Show the boats you're towing with your Rivian
R1S with my 22' Tritoon on dual-axle surge-brake trailer probably made for a longer boat. Hardtop gear & trailer altogether around 5000lbs. I usually use a 4-5" drop hitch, just didn't have it with me that day.- kdcold

2024.03.02 Software Update: Quick Control Shortcuts, Improved Soft Sand Mode, New Ride Feel Setting, Etc.
Love both updates, especially the Quick Control Shortcuts! My wishlist shortcut is Kneel. I don't always want my R1S to kneel when I park, and it's too slow when I do turn that setting on. But would be a nice shortcut for on-demand kneeling (let's have NO bdsm jokes here!). For now, I'll keep...- kdcold

Discounts on insurance with Nationwide?
Nationwide is pestering me to setup their SmartRide app now too. I wonder if it can hurt? Like could it make my premiums increase if I drive like a bat out of hell? I also wonder if I can simply power my phone off when I want to do the Rivian Launch just for thrills, and then turn my phone...- kdcold

Good eye! I didnāt even notice that, but I bet youāre right. I already have my panel back in place or Iād confirm for ya. I wasnāt looking for horizontal adjustment, and honestly at the time that ā1,0%ā opposite grabbed my attention like a squirrel gets my dogās.- kdcold

I didnāt like how high my R1S low-beams were pointed from the factory, shining into the cabins of oncoming cars and compelling some to flick their brights at me. Please help - debating selling my R1S
Has anyone dug into adjusting the angle of their low beams? I DIYād lowering them on my 4Runner, would like to do the same on my R1S to avoid blinding as many oncoming drivers as I can, within a safe threshold for my own visibility of course.- kdcold
