These emblems are absolutely amazing. Posting some pics for anyone who’s considering it, worth it. My only regret is maybe not doing the satin with the yellow for the doors, I think that woulda looked sharp with the accent. But SUPER happy. Very easy install, anyone can do this one.
Anyway to make one w a rubber base? Couple places mentioned these don’t work with a traditional lift, truck literally slides off the lift, from what I’m told.
So If I’m pulling out of my garage per example, and just kinda hit the gas and let off to cruise out, my trucks screeching, like the sound of brakes that need to be replaced if you will. Anyone have this experience?? I’ve got 9k miles on the truck. Just curious if anyone’s had this issue before...
It’s absolute insanity to think changing to a snow setup could/would void a warranty. Especially when initial reports were that the vehicles were incredibly dangerous. ON TOP of them not offering a purchasable snow setup directly from Rivian.
Is the bottom rubber? I had a tire shop try and use the pucks I have and they said the truck basically slid all over the place because of the type of lift they had, they ended up having to use a floor jack. Didn’t work on the lift.
So I ended up going the dodge wheel route, so far so good. Followed a guide by someone on a diff forum, ended up going with a 275/60/20 general grabber ATX. It’s a heavier tire so I’ll see how bad range gets. Fitment is good with zero rubbing, can kneel etc no problems. Road noise isn’t that...
So wait… as long as the wheel circumference is the same why does it need programming? If it’s a 20 or. 21 or 22… if the tire size ends up being the same circumference wise.. what does it need to be changed for?
So the shop by me, I’m in Nj, recommended a diff tire, a general grabber ATX. Said all the highway driving I do would destroy snow tires, said they use them on plow trucks and etc so I think that’s the route I’m going.
