OPINION: What to name Rivian Launch Mode?
But going faster then means setting special modes etc - will be used once when you find an empty road and you first get the truck - no way you want to mess around with all that at lights etc. And the limitations will still be the tires / surface etc. I had a Porsche that did that - used it once...- Greyrm

Perfect vehicles don’t exist.
I have been poring over all the comments about controls/driving/spce etc. All vehicles have things you love/hate. For example. i have a 2018 f-150 v8 supercrew - love the rear sests that flip up. Gear Tunnel Shuttle thoughts?
I'm just so happy that we can now argue over real stuff with the Rivian rather than asking when we will see any news / pictures etc. On the downside , I'm now having to reserve 30 minutes+ every day to sift through all of the news / forums :-)- Greyrm

Time to delivery.... if I order now.
I put my deposit in 4 months ago and don’t expect to see my vehicle until 2023. Enough time for my wife who said it was ok to revisit my spending 100k on a truck and cancel my order when Im not looking! -
What is important to you from the infotainment system?
Basics are so important - I had one of the first Jaguar F-Paces and it was a nightmare that ended up with the vehicle being returned. The jaguar took 10 seconds to display rear view camera and often didn't even work at all. Randomly rebooted the system at the most inopportune time. My views...
