I've got a 5-year-old Bolt with 75k miles and I have charged to/held at 100% many many times over the years. Still get the full 240mi on a charge in the spring/summer. Genuinely not concerned about it. Then again, that's the beater car. I charge the Rivian to 70% :)

Absolutely. I also care about preserving the value of the things I have. I should like to invoke the "Tools not Jewels" point at this time. Use the machine for what it's intended. Respect it and keep it clean/operating well, but don't fret about degradation from use. It's all part of the cycle...
For the dudes getting ultra salty about battery health - are you seriously going to nitpick battery health on a vehicle you are most likely not keeping more than 5 years? Use the damn thing. Roast it up, have fun. The car is vaporizing money as it calendar ages due strictly to resale value...
